Stambaugh Ness Ranks 20th in Pennsylvania's 100 Best Places to Work for 2017

York, PA, December 7, 2017 (Newswire.com) - Stambaugh Ness CPAs / Business and Technology(https://spoilpage.top) Advisors was ranked 20th out of Pennsylvania’s 100 Best Places to Work (BPTW) in the small company category. Winners were announced earlier in the fall and were presented to the business community at the Best Places to Work in PA awards banquet at the Lancaster Marriott – Convention Center when ranks were revealed.

Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the 100 BPTW in PA. The first part of this process was evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems, and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This part of the process was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process.
